Biography
Paul Allegri is the Chief Operating Officer of Centralized Supply Chain Services, LLC (CSCS), the $2 billion supply chain cooperative serving the Applebee’s and IHOP restaurant systems. In his role, he is responsible for distribution, freight, and inventory management for the Applebee’s and IHOP supply chains. Mr. Allegri joined CSCS at its formation in 2009 as Vice President of Logistics.
Before joining CSCS, he served as Executive Director, Logistics Management, for Dine Brands Global and prior to that, Applebee’s. Mr. Allegri originally joined Applebee’s Services, Inc. in 1988 and held a variety of positions in the Accounting and Finance functions.
Mr. Allegri received a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and has his C.P.A.
