Biography
Michael Leikam is President and Chief Executive Officer of Centralized Supply Chain Services, LLC (CSCS), the $2 billion supply chain cooperative serving the Applebee’s and IHOP restaurant systems. Under his leadership, CSCS ensures members receive continuously available goods and services at the lowest sustainable costs while supporting the brands’ innovation and product development strategies to promote their respective concepts.
Mr. Leikam has been with CSCS since its formation in 2009, following executive director roles at Dine Brands Global and Applebee’s. Earlier in his career, he worked in management consulting, specializing in large-scale project management and business process design across multiple industries.
He began his restaurant industry career with Pizza Hut, then part of PepsiCo, holding positions in IT and Finance before joining PepsiCo Restaurant Services, where he served as one of the project directors responsible for the consolidation of financial systems for Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and KFC into a single shared service organization.
A graduate of Kansas State University, Mr. Leikam serves on the Dean’s Business Advisory Council, the Graduate Studies Advisory Council, and the Student Success Advisory Board for the K-State College of Business. He and his wife, Angela, are active supporters of K-State’s Rise Up Scholars program. Mr. Leikam also serves on several industry and charitable boards.
