Michael Leikam was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer by the Centralized Supply Chain Services, LLC Board of Directors effective August 1, 2011. In this role, he is responsible for all operations of CSCS. Prior to being named President and CEO, Mr. Leikam served as the Chief Administrative Officer since the formation of CSCS in February 2009.
Before joining CSCS, Mr. Leikam served as Executive Director, Strategic Supply Management for Dine Brands and prior to that, Applebee’s. Before joining Applebee’s in 2004, Mr. Leikam worked in consulting, managing numerous engagements specializing in large project management and business process design for clients in a variety of industries. Mr. Leikam started in the restaurant industry working for Pizza Hut, a division of PepsiCo at the time, where he held a variety of roles in the IT and Controller’s organizations before transferring to PepsiCo Restaurant Services (PRS). At PRS, Mr. Leikam was one of several Project Directors responsible for managing the consolidation of the accounting and financial systems organizations of Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and KFC into a single shared service organization.
Mr. Leikam is a graduate of Kansas State University where he is an Executive Mentor to students in the University’s College of Business. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Spofford Home, a leading provider of prevention and therapeutic treatment services in Kansas City for children suffering the effects of physical and sexual abuse, neglect, and mental health disorders.
